via Instagram: Pasta with mozzarella stuffed (pesto) meat balls. The meatballs are made with 1:1 ratio of beef and pork. The beef is lean and the pork is around 30% (or more) fat. Bottled pesto is used and grated parmigiano is put in the ground meat mixture. The sauce is made using diced canned tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt. Freshly ground peppers added at the end, before serving.
