via Instagram: Shrimp in salted egg sauce. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic and put mashed salted egg yolks. Put a little water, a teaspoon of oyster sauce, a teaspoon of sesame oil, mix all ingredients well until mixture has a consistency of paste. Put in shrimps and stir occasionally. Serve hot and topped with freshly ground black pepper and chopped onion leaves.
