via Instagram: Shrimps in salted egg yolk sauce. Deveined shrimps, chopped garlic, chopped onions, mashed salted egg yolks, onion leaves, butter. Mash the salted egg yolks in butter in a low heat pan, once done, set aside. Sauté garlic and onions in olive oil, in medium heat. Add shrimps and the sauce, simmer until done. Serve and top with onion leaves and freshly ground pepper. #seafood #weekendmenu #shrimpdish #shrimps

via Instagram: Mussels and clams in red wine and tomato reduction sauce. Chopped onions, ginger, garlic... Sautéed in olive oil over medium heat. Crushed canned tomatoes were put after the onions "sweat", then red wine was poured, about a cup. A pinch of salt to taste. Simmered to reduce with occasional stirring. The sauce mixture is then passed through a metal sieve and put back into the pot at low heat. The mussels and clams were then put in. When the mussels and clams are all open, serve hot. #weekendmenu #seafood #redwine #brunch

via Instagram: Not bad for P1,800 per night. Hostels are leveling up these days. The room even comes with breakfast! The service is great, friendly staff too! The room's decor is clean and well coordinated, smells great, the air-conditioning was already turned on when we got in. The location is also great, accessible through Roxas Boulevard with just a steps away.
