Shrimp Thermidor


via Instagram: 3 Cheese Shrimp Thermidor I used mozzarella, gouda, & blue cheese; on top of finely chopped garlic, pepper, paprika. No salt, the cheeses already provide the saltiness needed, specially the strong taste of the blue cheese. The vegetables on the sides are laced with olive oil, rock salt, fresh peppercorns, dried rosemary.
